One thing that I have noticed lately in the news that seems to be a trend is identity theft. Did you know that identity theft can actually spread to your car as well? You might not realize this but many people out there today are taking VIN numbers in order to identify stolen cars.
While this might not seem like a big deal to you now because they can not open up a credit card or a mortgage, it is definitely one way that can cost you a lot of money in the long run in the form of upping car insurance premiums.
Car insurance is one bill that no one looks forward to and if identity theft is one way that people are hiking up your insurance premiums, you should be pretty upset. Just remember to watch your VIN number and make sure that you are covered for identity theft for your car.
Do you remember when Mitsubishi came out with the Lancer Ralliart Sportback and that was basically released in Paris only? You remember how Mitsubishi promised that they would come up with a car for the states? Well, they have and it is the Mitsubishi 2010 Ralliart Sportback MR! That is exactly what the car pictured here is and I have to say that is looks pretty friggin’ cool, which to me is something that is very, very important.
Mitsubishi has gone all leather on the interior however, on the exterior, the car is going to include the Evo-first moon roof and out back this car is going to have a very large swoop wing in the back, which is very traditional for the Mitsubishi brand. Another cool thing is that under the hood, this car is going to be fast and guess what? It is just about forty grand, which is a really good deal for a Mitsubishi!
So if you want luxury and class, the Mitsubishi Lancer is going to be it for you!
So you are all probably wondering exactly what is going to be happening to the Pontiac brand itself right? Well, GM is fazing them out and the very first car that they are getting rid of is the Pontiac Vibe. This August is when they will absolutely stop all production on this incredible car and that is such a shame to me! Personally, I drive around a 2003 Vibe and was looking into purchasing another one but Pontiac as a whole is going to be phased out.
First the Pontiac Vibe is going to be gone and then the next car that is on the line is the G6 and so on and so forth, but really … I think that Pontiac is a fantastic brand and I think that they should have figured out something else to phase out – however, that is my opinion and mine alone.

We all know that the Detroit Auto Show is definitely on the brink and it could not happen at all but did you know that … this week, they are actually considering a few other options around Detroit versus just Cobo hall? For example, the Rock Financial showroom is something that they are considering and while that might not be in Detroit itself, it is still in Michigan.
The Detroit Auto Show is by far one of the biggest auto shows in the world, as it is international and it really gives a chance for the auto makers to really showcase exactly what they have – however, Detroit is not the best place for them to be having it as Detroit is basically owned by GM. Places like LA and New York are being considered right now.
Alls I have to say is that I hope that they do not exactly move the auto show simply because I live in Michigan! However, if they do – it’s okay and we’ll hopefully see a turn around in coming years!
One thing that I have noticed about 2010 is that there is a new Land Rover that is in play and it is the Land Rover LR4. This car is absolutely incredible and it is the fourth generation of the Discovery. The Land Rover LR4, is all new and while there might just seem like some minor tweaks, there are some large tweaks that have been made as well. For example, the outside is still a little bulky but it has been trimmed down a little bit and the brand new interior is very soft to the touch. There is also a group of more functions that are all in the central touch screen.
Under the hood, this car features the old 4.4 liter V-8 engine, but it also features a new and direct-injected 5.0 liter unit that jumps this car to 375 HP and 375 lb-ft of torque. That is incredible for a car like this huh?
Personally, I have never driven a Range Rover, but I have heard that they look absolutely incredible and to be honest, they are the height of luxury – so really, check them out and see what you think, after all, it’s brand new!
Now that we have talked a little bit about the auto industry, let’s focus our attentions on some of the latest and greatest cars that are coming out nowadays. Take the 2010 Volkswagen Touareg Hybrid. This car is absolutely incredible all over the place and it was actually launched to the market a little while ago at the Frankfurt auto show, but honestly, I think that this car is incredible all the way around!
The 2010 Volkswagen Touareg Hybrid is the latest and greatest thing from VW and it is actually their first hybrid car, which I have to say – it is great to see that they finally got with the picture and decided to come out with a hybrid car. This car is also pretty cool under the hood too, with a V-6 engine and a 3.0 liter, supercharge helps this awesome car to have all sorts of power!

It has to be said that the Ford Shelby has been charming car lovers forever. Not only was this car one of the ‘unicorn’ cars in Gone In Sixty Seconds, but this car is honestly incredible all over the place! Now that the 2010 Ford Shelby GT500 is in the works, we definitely have to talk about what it is going to be like and we are going to review it. Firstly – you will notice that that the 2010 Ford Shelby GT500 had actually had a face-lift and honestly, it looks absolutely incredible.
The engine has been redone a bit and it is still the absolutely most powerful Ford engine in the world. It has the most comprehensive chassis, driveline and interior and exterior modifications. There are wide racing strips painted on the sides now and there is a rear spoiler that is augmented with a downforce-generating Gurney flap.
This car not only looks freakin’ incredible all of the time, but it is absolutely one of the best racing cars out there. Just remember, the 2010 Ford Shelby Mustang GT500!
Cars are definitely something that are constantly changing, shifting and taking on new and great shapes and that is exactly what this incredible BMW car is. This car, while a concept right now is definitely one car that is going to be huge. The 2010 BMW M6 RZ is absolutely incredible and while it might have been somewhat made up back in 1976, with all of the latest and greatest technologies, this car has been improved upon greatest just like all BMW M Cars!
One thing that I absolutely love about the newest cars in the world is the fact that they look sexy – whenever you are driving around or going to be driving around in a 2010 car, they look nice and you look nice in them and that is one of the main reasons why so many people are constantly purchasing cars!
So really … check out the 2010 BMW M6 RZ. After all, BMW is still the height of luxury and these cars will last you forever!
When Ford Fiesta had its debut a year ago in Europe, Ford earned much by selling approximately 61,000 units. Note that they sold these units in their 19 traditional European markets. Within last year, Fiesta became Ford’s second-best seller after their Focus. This year, Ford is about to make waves in China.
The Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Company has already begun producing Ford Fiesta cars intended for the Chinese market in China itself. Their facility is located in Nanjing, China which began manufacturing Ford cars like the hatchback and sedan versions for the Fiesta.
What does it really boast of? With the look itself, one can say what it boasts of. It’s small. It’s efficient.
Add to its features is the fact that it’s eco-friendly. Yes, you heard it right. The Nanjing plant is producing Fiestas with a paint technology that goes with the green advocacy. This is an innovation they’re going to launch by producing less of the organic compounds that are volatile.
