When you are dealing with something as huge as the North American International Auto Show – you expect a lot of people to come, but you always have to anticipate the worse. Well, Detroit actually pulled out good this year with the Auto Show and the numbers in attendance was up by 65k, which is fantastic!
Detroit is where I am from and honestly, it might not be the greatest place in the world to live but it is definitely one place that is near and dear to my heart. When I heart that over 715,000 people came in and paid $12.00 in admission to see the show … it was absolutely incredible.
Thanks for everyone who went! The show was fucking awesome and I know that the money really helped D-Town!
Guess what is going to be coming up right around the corner in January? Well, this car, for one. It is the newest concept from Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd., otherwise known as TKM. It is scheduled to be revealed in New Delhi at the beginning of the month, at the Auto Expo for 2010.
Two different models will be unveiled: a four door model and a five door model. Nevertheless, the concept represents a compact car, one that will be available in India later in 2010. Succinctly, the company maintains that the Etios is designed to combine quality features with new technology.
As it happens, the Etios was developed especially for India.
During the developmental process, many cities and even homes in the country were visited, so that developers and designers could actually see what consumers wanted and needed.
No one expected Peugeot to show off any glimpses of its new concept until the 2010 motor show in Geneva, but darned if they didn’t surprise us — and I, for one, am so glad they did. It is like a belated Christmas present!
The SR1 concept is a 2+1 that is made to show off a superbly stylistic design — one the brand intends to incorporate in future models, in fact.
The SR1 concept is a hardtop convertible, the first embodiment of Peugeot’s new design aesthetic — which includes the brand new Lion badge, seen on the sculpted, sleek hood of the car.
The concept is a variation on the theme of Grand Touring vehicles and it is meant to aid the driver in explorations.

If you have been following along with the General Motors news, you would have read that GM actually partnered with Chris Fesler’s custom car shop. Now though, we are finally able to reveal some of the pictures that have come out as a result of that partnership and I am proud to say that the 2010 Fesler-Moss Camaro is absolutely beautiful.
Not only is the 2010 Fesler-Moss Camaro available in two different flavors, but the overall appeal of this particular Camaro is incredible! Now – the first package is the Competition package and this has a $50,000 price tag but the upgrades like a supercharger and a six-piston brake system make it all the better!
If you are looking for another flavor of the 2010 Fesler-Moss Camaro, well, the Limited Edition package is just $150,000 and has everything!

This is one of the hottest Mercedes models I have ever seen in my entire life. It is the Mercedes Benz SLS 63 AMG and it recently debuted at the motor show in Frankfurt. A supercar of the highest order, it was designed right in house and features many design cues which are similar to the 300 SL, a virtual icon.
According to Mercedes, the SLS 63 MG has a purist design, which is meant to chronicle a philosophy inspired by sports car engineering. The hood is just under two meters long, and it holds a 6.3 liter V8 engine; in the rear, a low greenhouse is positioned.
There is no question that this car is sleek and sexy. Contemporary, though? I am not so sure about that.
There is no doubt about it: the new 2010 Audi R8 V10 just looks powerful — and by all accounts, that look carries over to its performance.
This is one fast car. And that is actually quite the understatement. A lot of features carried over from last year’s V8 model, but at the same time there have been plenty of improvements which lead this Audi R8 to be a real speed machine. While you can drive sedately to work in this car if that is your choice, it wears another hat as well, one which allows you to perchance take the back roads on your way home — and leave your mark in rising dust, windswept leaves, and a feeling like you are seriously flying.

Now I know that we talked about the Jaguar being the one car that is by far the most luxurious, but I have to tell you – it isn’t. It might be one car that is affordable for the common man and luxurious, however – the Aston Martin brand is luxurious for the millionaires.
The Aston Martin One-77 is the car that we are talking about specifically. This beautiful car is about $1.8 million dollars and while that seems like a lot of money – watch out – there are cars that are most and do not look half as cool as the Aston Martin One-77.
Do you want to know why the Aston Martin One-77 is so expensive? The number on the end of the name that is how many cars are going to be made – 77. That’s it folks and if you are one of the lucky ones that get this particular car … everyone is gonna be so jealous of you!
If you are a car lover and you mention anything about the Jaguar brand, you know that you are not only going to be getting one of the most luxurious cars in the world, but you are getting a car that you can depend on. In this day and age, it is hard to find things to depend on, however – Jaguar is something that you can trust. Now, let’s take a look into the 2010 Jaguar XJ. This is one Jaguar that is sure to capture some new customers and certainly catch quite a few people’s eyes.
The 2010 Jaguar XJ is one car that will run quite a bit on the money side of thing, topping out around $72k to $115k, it is so worth it. The 2010 Jaguar XJ is one car that could be up there with the newest Porsche or even a BMW, however – I think that we do need a little more information about the 2010 Jaguar XJ … that of course is not available right at this moment.
I’ll keep an eye out for you though and any updates? The 2010 Jaguar XJ will be back on here with some specs for you to look at!

When I first saw the Chevy Volt – I was not all that impressed. Now, that was probably my fault for not doing my research but I honestly did not think that it was the truth – that for 230 miles, you would not have to fill up your gas tank.
However, it seems that the Chevy Volt has been running and it is pretty true … in most cases. While GM has been gunning for this car to work to bring their numbers back up – there are many skeptics out there.
The Chevy Volt is one of those cars that – if it goes through it not only going to be one of the best cars on the market, but it is going to save everyone a hell of a lot of money on gas – which is exactly why I would buy one. While I might be paying on the car forever, I would definitely be saving quite a bit on gas money, which is awesome!

When you are researching a car or a truck to buy … what is the first thing that you do? Well, the first thing that I do is look at the name – then I look at the specs and I think that the 2010 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor is by far one of the best named trucks on the market and as for the specs? Well, those are going to be described below!
The 2010 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor is one of the only trucks in the world that seems pretty standard; however it is anything but standard. The price is just under $40,000 and while that seems like a lot, it truly isn’t. The fact that it has a 5.4-liter V8 engine along with 310 HP is nothing to sneeze at. Also, come winter, it has an uprated 400 HP and a 6.2-liter V8 engine that you can upgrade too … if you wanted to.
The greatest thing about this particular truck is that while men are the ones that usually buy it, to me, the 2010 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor looks sort of like a woman’s truck – a tough woman mind you!
